Hi,

I see you are aware of the errata, just in case adding the link here:
https://wpml.org/errata/reducing-size-of-icl_translate_job-icl_translate-and-other-wpml-tables/

Since you are asking for the plugin, here it is:
hidden link

Keep in mind that this is not an official plugin and you should run it by your own responsibility. Please make sure to have a working backup of your site before proceeding.

Follow the steps exactly as they are described in the errata.

Also, I want to point out that your debug information shows you do not meet WPML's minimum requirements (and many other plugins).
- The WordPress memory limit is set to 40MB. You should increase this to 128MB, following our documentation on how to do that here:
https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/#how-to-increase-your-sites-memory-limit
- The MySQL version you are using is lower than 5.6. Please update this yourself, or reach out to your provider and ask that he update the MySQL server you are using

You can see all of the minimum requirements here:
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

Please update me if you manage to solve the size issue without any problems.
