WPML Translate is breaking my site formatting.

The translation page in Chinese language is not available so I cannot check the issue. hidden link I suggest you edit the page in English > Make a small change to the page title/content > Save > Update the translation and see if it helps. If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info. ❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌ You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. Long Nguyen WPML Supporter since 02/2022 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh (GMT+07:00)	Hi, You are using the global color for the title column background, please check the screenshot attached. The global color Celadon (Light) is set up in Avada > Options > Colors, and it is not available in the Chinese language. I fixed the issue by switching the language to All languages and saving changes to copy options from English to Chinese. You can see the color is displayed correctly in the frontend. brianK-15	Hello Long, Pleased you can access the site. I don't understand how changing the color option on one page helps my situation? As you can see, the text is still broken on the bottom of the image you sent me. Text formatting and fonts are breaking throughout the website. Are you suggesting that all styling throughout the website will be affected? I had expected WPML to simply preserve my styling, translate the text, and offer an option for Chinese-language fonts. It almost sounds as if I need a second website for the second language? Appreciate your guidance, Brian

If you see the translation content isn't correct, you can edit the translation in Advanced Translation Editor and update it. I had expected WPML to simply preserve my styling, translate the text Yes, the style now is the same across languages. and offer an option for Chinese-language fonts If you want to use a specific font for the Chinese language, please set up the font for specific language by following the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/using-wpml-with-the-avada-theme/#setting-the-theme-options-for-individual-languages Then use the WordPress editor to edit the translation and manually select the font for the Chinese language. brianK-15	I believe I am beginning to understand. So, if I choose 'theme options for individual languages', I can make any edits and customizations to the Chinese language version of my website and they will not effect the original English language site. Is this correct? Meaning, if I select the Chinese language site, I can adjust any settings - margins, columns, text boxes, formatting, etc.? As for footers and other untranslated portions, these should all be managed in string translation? Thank you for your patience as I learn how to use WPML. Yes, and you also need to use the WordPress editor to create/edit the translation page in the Chinese language to select the options manually. brianK-15	Can you please walk me through the steps to correct this: This simple example, ABOUT US, shows how a simple line break in my text affects the formatting (see photos below). I would like to know the steps necessary to fix this. Can I preserve the English language formatting and change it independently for the Chinese language? This is just one of countless examples of how WPML has broken my formatting and requires extensive, line by line manual editing to be useful. Thank you

The issue occurs because some HTML tags in the paragraph are not applied correctly. I fixed the issue by following some steps: 1. Go to WPML > Translations > Select the job and approve it manually. 2. Edit the translation in Advanced Translation Editor > Check the paragraph has the issue and re-save it.
