After further troubleshooting I think the issue could be coming from Permalink Manager plugin you are using.

I see that the Hombre category is registered in the plugin with Language : en so that could be causing the issue.
Can you please backup the site completely then deactivate Permalink Manager plugin to verify if it is causing the issue? If deactivating Permalink Manager works please contact the plugin provider to troubleshoot the issue further and see why the category is registered as Language: en.
Also, please ask the plugin provider to contact us through our Go Global program linked next so that we can work with the plugin provider to make the plugin fully compatible with WPML.

The problem you are experiencing is not caused by my plugin as the domain URL is incorrect also when Permalink Manager is deactivated. As far as I can see, the language information (stored in wp_icl_translations table) for this specific category are not allocated to its actual "term_id" which is 3058, but different property "term_taxonomy_id" which is 3059:
Regarding the footer area, No i haven't made any changes on the site.
Regarding the main issue here, I see the login details provided no longer works. Can you please provide me a copy of the site so that I can deploy it in my test environment and troubleshoot the issue further?
