Hey man, any updates? So far we have wpml on our website since january. since then we have encountered issues, most of them got resolved so far - which shows you are very eager with your support efforts. but this one is hopefully the last one, before we can use the page (we have lost a lot of time already) and i need to give the client an update, when we can expect a solution, so that all fields are finally translated without errors within wordpress. what can i tell him and what can you give me at this point? we have already spend a lot of money on license and translation, i can not afford to just drop wpml at this point. |

Hello, Sorry, somehow the possible workarounds are not helping in this case. For example, the following two templates are not showing the error after opening them for editing in Elementor editor and making some minor changes in the settings. hidden link hidden link However, the issue still exists with the following one. hidden link Have you made any changes to the Elementor settings on the staging site? We just noticed that a few of the templates are redirecting to the homepage when accessed from the frontend (please click the above links), not just the one I previously shared. We have not made any changes. So does the footer in the frontend work now? What was the issue? How can it get fixed on the live site? |

Hello, Thank you for the updates. We are waiting for your feedback. The footer is not working as expected on our local copy or your staging site. After conducting a detailed test on our local copies, it appears that your Elementor templates may be corrupted. This is because they frequently trigger fatal errors (like the following), even when all WPML plugins are inactive, especially while editing a template. PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Elementor\Core\DocumentTypes\Post::print_content() in /***/plugins/elementor-pro/modules/loop-builder/skins/skin-loop-base.php:220 We hope you have created the staging site using your hosting provider’s features. Please grant us access to the live site and allow us to make a copy of it. We hope this will help troubleshoot the issue faster. -- Bigul |

Hello, Thank you for providing the login information. The footer templates now appear translated into secondary languages, such as English and French, on the live site. Please review the following screencast and share your feedback. hidden link Additionally, please check if you encounter any issues while translating the templates, especially the footer and header. If you do, it would be helpful if you could provide the exact steps to replicate the issue on the live site, along with a couple of screenshots. This will save us a lot of time. i do not see any issue, apart from the fatal error i did show you earlier while editing templates like the footer with WPML on. your video does not show the issue fixed and we have another issue discovered: the redirection of the links in the navigation is not without flaws. check my video and you will see. could you do the backup for your local replication last night or do you need me to share the backup i have taken with wpvivid to google drive? here is my video: |

we also have issues with incorrect assoziated categories (had this with the blog before) it mixes up german and spanisch kategories: hidden link so basically your plugin ruined half of our store -.- |

seems like the correcting links function helped with wrong redirections. but feel free to replicate it on the staging. let me know as soon as you have your copy, so that i can switch the footer and turn wpml on |

and when i just switch from neotes.com to neotes.com/fr i can not navigate. all links are bringing me back to the german version. but i want to send people to the french or english version via advertisments, but when they can not stay on the language i have send them to, they will be lost very quickly. thats priority 1 for us. |

Hello, Thank you for the updates. I can access the backend now and have made a copy of the site. I will do detailed tests on the Duplicator copy today and get back to you soon. We hope you will extend the validity of the auto log-in URL (live site). Now, you are using the older version of the plugin on your live site. So one request: Can you please create a new staging site and upgrade to the latest version of plugins and theme there.
