I cannot find a template by searching id/slug

josephN-9	I am using Foxiz theme. there have "ruby template" to use as shortcode. I cannot find a shortcode from string translation panel by searching id/slug([Ruby_E_Template id="2947"]) Even not from "Admin Texts Translation" How can I find that ? web: hidden link latest wordpress and theme and wpml plugin

WPML Supporter since 12/2018 Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) German (Deutsch ) Timezone: America/Lima (GMT-05:00)	Hello, Usually, you would create one template per language and then have one shortcode per language, each with a different ID. To make the templates translatable, you need to go to WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation and set the Ruby Templates Type to "Translatable - only show translated content". If you translate the template it will create a new shortcode with a new ID. Each shortcode then needs to be placed manually on each content inside the WordPress Editor. We can offer a WPML test site on which you can install the latest version of the theme and the theme core plugin for testing. Let us know, and we will send you a link to a test site.
