Just to verify that I understand correctly -- the issue you are experiencing and would like to resolve in this ticket with Jet smart Filters and WP All Import or just with Wp All Import?

At that ticket I want to solve problem without jetsmartfilters.
Importing to checkbox to the second language via wp all import.
And as I see that even if field is set as translatable and i'm adding post at second language it doesn't propose to translate value of that field, so i need to go to normal wordpress editor at second language and set value of checkbox manually.

And to make problem more clear, i would like to let you know that near is field market as a select and it works properly. Problem is only at checkbox fields.
When I check the post you shared with me I can see that the default lanuage checkboxes are currently empty.

Also, I changed the fields from 'translate' to 'copy once' for Transakcja and Nieruchomość

if the issue persists, share with me the steps I can take to reproduce this behavior or even a screen recording so I make sure to follow the same steps as you.
Try:
1. Add at polish any post and set something at transakcja and nieruhomosc1 field
2. Even try to add english, after it translated value of that fields will not be copied to english
3. Also you can try start english import at wp all import. Here transakcja field should be set, but it didn't hidden link
