I've translated menu label 3419 "Collection" in the string translation section. However, the translations "Collectie" (Dutch) and "Collections" (French) are not displaying in the frontend. In stead, the English version remains. I also noticed, that it doesn't translate in the menu sync section.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Could you please try the following steps?
1- Go to Appearance-> Menus
2- Select the Primary menu
3- Swith the language from the top admin bar to Dutch
4- Add the menu item label translation
5- Save the translated menu
6- Check the front end

You translated them in String Translation, but the translation didn't work on the front end, so we need to check whether the steps above will fix the issue.
If the above steps didn't fix the issue, that means the issue is not in the translation itself, and it could be something else.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
