Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with your site not appearing in the WPML.org dashboard despite being shown as connected in your WP admin, and you're unable to use automatic translation credits, follow the steps below.
Solution:
1. Visit https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and remove the current site key.
2. Generate a new key for your domain.
3. Go to your website's backend, navigate to Plugins > Add new > Commercial and unregister WPML from the old key, then re-register it with the new key.
4. To add credits to your site, follow the steps provided here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/
5. Check your available translation credits on https://wpml.org/account. If you need more credits, activate the 'pay as you go' option by clicking the blue button on this page: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/ and https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-sign-up-for-pay-as-you-go/

Background of the issue:
I am trying to enable enzymes.bio to use automatic translation credits. This site enzymes.bio is shown connected at my WP admin, but it is not shown up in WPML.org dashboard.

Symptoms:
The site enzymes.bio is not appearing in the WPML.org dashboard despite being shown as connected in WP admin.

Questions:
Why is enzymes.bio not appearing in the WPML.org dashboard?
How can I enable enzymes.bio to use automatic translation credits?

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In WPML > Translation Management > Tools, there's definitely showing zero credits:

At the moment, there are multiple existing automatic translation accounts for this URL.

Please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one for this domain > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (hidden link) > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key.

Now, you can try to add credits to your site by following the steps here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

You should also be able to see how many available translation credits you have left in your WPML.org account on this page:
https://wpml.org/account

If you don't have any remaining credits from the initial purchase of this subscription, you can go here (hidden link) and click the "Activate pay as you go" blue button.
