This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I can't make some ACF fields translatable. These fields are locked

Please see this video:

Solution:

Under WPML settings, and search through all the settings and change the fields that had "content" in it to translatable.

Then:

1- Edit the product in the original language
2- Do a slight change somewhere (add space or dot anywhere)
3- Hit save (this will trigger WPML to detect that you need to update the translation for the product)
4- Retranslate it
5- Do you see those fields as translatable?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting WPML support,

The video is quite clear and before anything else,

Could you please try the following :

1- Edit the product in the original language
2- Do a slight change somewhere (add space or dot anywhere)
3- Hit save (this will trigger WPML to detect that you need to update the translation for the product)
4- Retranslate it
5- Do you see those fields as translatable?

What I'm guessing here is that WPML still didn't detect the changes on your existing products yet and re-publishing them might actually fix that

Another way to try this is to duplicate that product and see if the issue also occurs on the duplicate.

---

If not, could you please try creating a new text product using those exact field groups and see if you could translate it entirely ?

---

If any of these cases worked, we would like to ask you to enable debug information for this matter, which will provide us with more insights about your website. You may refer to this link for instructions on how to do this: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Looking forward to your response,

Best,

I tried everything however, the solution was to search through all of the settings and change the things that had "content" to translatable. This solved it!

Thanks!
