Background of the issue:
I am using WPML to obtain content translations from a translation agency. Recently, they claimed to have shared the translations, but I have not received them.

Symptoms:
Translations shared by the translation agency last week were not received, despite the agency providing a screenshot as proof of dispatch.

Questions:
Could you please investigate why I did not receive the translations from the translation agency?
Can you help resolve the issue of missing translations?
Attached image 4 and 5 from Translation agency and image 6 is of our dashboard marked downloadable icon not activated.

Can you go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Check status and get translations button.
