Hi,

It would seem you have an unpaid invoice:
hidden link

You can see this in Translation Management -> Translation Tools as well.

It appears that the translations were done primarily for the URL hidden link, which is likely connected to your account through credit sharing.

I am sending examples of the translated URLs and the corresponding credits used.

For that site:

Deposited credits: 3387558
Used credits: 3386492

Hi Bruno, I am not sure if we are on the same page.

I am trying to set up Pay-as-you-go for our credits but we are encountering an error message when we input our credit card. See my screenshot.

Can you help resolve this issue?

I understand, but you can't activate this because one of the sites in your account has translation debt, so an unpaid invoice.

The same as e.g. https://wpml.org/forums/topic/an-error-occurred-when-confirming-the-subscription-your-account-has-debt-3/ or https://wpml.org/forums/topic/unprecedented-error-when-confirming-the-subscription-your-account-has-debt/#post-15265834

The URL for the invoice is on hidden link and is tied to hidden link URL.

I see, thanks for explaining

Can you please confirm that this unpaid invoice is for Pay-as-you-go we have previously enabled and used between 3 April - 3 May 2024?

That’s correct—it covers the period from April 3 to May 3, 2024. The last (paid) invoice before this one is dated April 3, 2024, at 01:02:38 UTC, so this invoice corresponds to the following month. I also noticed there were some fixed credit deposits afterward, and that the subscription type "Pay as you go" has a status of "Cancelled," meaning there were no further charges for this type of translation after that point.

Ok thanks Bruno.

If we enable PAYG again, is it a monthly invoice that needs to be paid? Or is the payment automatic from the inputted credit card? Thanks

Your first 2,000 credits are free each month, and you’re only ever charged for the credits you actually use.

Ok thanks Bruno, does the payment get deducted automatically or is there an invoice we need to pay per month?

It goes automatically and you can view invoices like this:
