This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client purchased the WPML Blog license, which only supports manual translation, but they need automatic translation capabilities for German, English, and Danish.
Solution:
We recommend upgrading to the WPML CMS license, which supports automatic translation and String Translation. The client can upgrade by paying only the difference in price, not the full cost of the CMS license. After upgrading, the client will be able to translate content automatically. For detailed instructions on setting up automatic translations, please visit Automatic Translation Documentation.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
We ordered a WPML account for our website hidden link to translate the main content into a few languages. We want to set it up.

Symptoms:
Nothing works in our account.

Questions:
Can you help us with translating the content automatically into German, English, and Danish?
How can we do it by ourselves?

Hi,

You purchased the WPML Blog license, which only supports manual translation. To use automatic translation and String Translation, you'll need the "CMS" license. Please see our overview here: https://wpml.org/purchase/.

You can upgrade to the higher package by paying only the difference in price, not the full cost of the CMS license.

Once you have upgraded, you'll be able to translate content automatically. You can find detailed instructions here: Automatic Translation Documentation.

Best regards,
Marcel
