Hi there, I have 2 issues and also questions about some translation processes.
Here they are, issues 1st:

1/ I am trying to: Translate a product, it's stuck on "awaiting review"

I expected to see: A revewing page 🙂

Instead, I got: "Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts."

I precise it was working normally earlier today.

2/ After I installed your plugin, products got /produit/ in their URL. I'm using rank math functions to clean up these URL. It will mess up the existing SEO if I don't fix it.

As you can see, the translation of this product doesn't have the /produit/ part in its URL. So Rank Math settings are applied to the translated page somehow, but not to the default one.

Now some questions:
- The menu translation is for me some kind of mysticism. It shows from time to time new stuff to translate with the sync function, and sometime nothing. I don't understand if I'm supposed to do anything before using the sync function. May I need to translate the taxonomies (product categories & attributes in my case) to which are linked the menu links?
- No auto translation for woo taxonomies?

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/plugin for these backup needs.

Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Also, I noticed that your “WP Memory Limit” PHP limit is below the required 128MB or recommended 256MB as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ . Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase this PHP value for you and also, ask them to update the MySQL version to 5.6+?

Which product are you trying to translate? Does it happen to all products? Please make sure that you're added as a translator here hidden link .

Sorry, I'm not getting the issue here. If the sync option is not working correctly for you. Please use Option 2 https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually .

1/ Of course there is a translator: me. The admin is added by default.
The link to the product is in my first message.
2/ It doesn't work fine, no. It changes the product permalink structure for the main language. I explained everything in my first message. Read it again carefully please.
3/ Understood. So it's normal if the plugin sync function doesn't work? It's first time I see plugin support that says; bugs are normal, do it another way 🤠

Hello there,
I found the problem source for issue n°2.
When Rank math options for cleaning woocommerce links are activated, the WPML option to translate slugs (in my case the /product/ slug) is incompatible and add them back to the URL.
You should fix this, it's like there is a rules priority issue or just compatibility with rank math for this parameter.

I apologize for the delay in response.

1. I've checked your product translation here hidden link and I'm able to complete the translation for this product hidden link

May I know which product are you having issues translating?

2. Have you consulted RankMath about this issue? They should be able to address this since the feature came from their plugin.

3. That's not what I meant, maybe I'm misunderstanding your issue here and could you please share a screenshot of it?
