The plugin switched automatically to pay as you go and i was charged when i was testing

ibrahimI-7	Background of the issue: I was testing the WPML plugin and noticed that it switched to a pay-as-you-go model automatically. I was charged a hundred dollars, which I did not expect as I hadn't activated this payment process. Symptoms: I expected to see my allowed credits used, but instead, I received a bill of 100 USD. Questions: Why was I charged 100 USD when I did not activate the pay-as-you-go model? How can I revert to using my allowed credits instead of being charged?
