Hello, 1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site. - To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page. More information on the link: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ 2) It cold be probably you are using theme that is not officially compatible with WPML (https://wpml.org/theme/), so there is no file configuration that tells WPML what part of the page are for translation, so not much translates. After you share WPML debug info, I will check what theme it is and suggest further. Thanks, |

Hello, thanks for getting back. I see you are using Inestit, which is not officially compatible, so probably missing the configuration file for WPML. In simple cases, we can help and add it for you, but I see you have a bit larger website, so probably it would require adding configuration for all widgets from thee, which in the end should be done by the theme author. We would be glad to help them, via our GoGlobal program if they wish to join: (https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/) As a workaround, if you wish, you can disable the WPML editor for pages and translate the pages manually via Elementor. let me know if this helps. Regards, |

Ok, thanks. If I translate manually, would the page look the same including some of the theme elements? As an example, it currently removed the theme boxes on the right side of the page and removed some style elements. Translated version: |

Hello, yes, it should look fine if you first duplicate it, as explained in our docs. Since you already have existing pages in 2nd language, I advise to duplicate them in bulk first, and then choose WordPress editor from edit page screen and edit the page manually and add translation. - https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#how-to-duplicate-pages-and-posts-in-bulk Let me know if you need any further help. Regards, |

Two questions: 1. Do I need to delete the automatic translated page first (as this one already exitst) before duplicate it? 2. Based on seeing my website, what compatible theme could you recommend for me? Many thanks |

Hello Niels, no, you do not need to delete the existing page translation, you can continue to edit them while disabling the WPML editor for future use. You can check our list here and of course, choosing one of the popular themes would be a good idea, like Astra, Divi, Avada and etc Hope this helps. Regards, |
