This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

ul ul ul.children.wd-design-default.wd-sub-menu.wd-dropdown.wd-dropdown-menu {
 overflow-y:auto;
    max-height: 500px!important;
}

Background of the issue:

I updated all WPML extensions to the latest versions and the problem remains.
Please assist, as we cannot update the production environment to latest Woocommerce and theme versions because of this issue.

Thanks for your reply. It looks like some theme styling related issue. But anyway, I've worked out some custom CSS code for you below and could you please insert into WP > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and see if it fixes it?

.wd-dropdown {
    overflow: auto!important;
}

This code fixes the bottom white space but the dropdown account menu isn't usable anymore. See "Mon compte" (or "My account") : the dropdown menu cannot be clicked anymore because it disappear when trying to click on a link.
You can check the correct behavior on the prod environment : hidden link
Is there any trick to fix this?
Many thanks.

Well, the last code seem to fix the "My account" menu issue but I haven't seen the issue with the other menu and the Classification category issue : there is a scrollbar!
See the screencast here: hidden link
Thanks, Kor.

Thanks for your reply. Looks like the custom CSS code that I've provided are making it worst. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
