Thank you for your patience and cooperation. I tried to observe the issue with only WPML, String Translation, WCML and WooCommerce, by switching to French on the frontend and then placing an order. I see that all of the orders are in French. Although I further checked in detail for other events of an order (i.e. Sending details to customer, order status change like completed, cancelled and refunded). In these cases there are kind of mix for a few strings, which I'm trying to dig further. However, the new order email sent to customer is always in French, as the frontend language was switched to French. While the admin is in default language. Please watch my screencast: hidden link I suspect that the issue you reported is coming from another plugin because the emails you mentioned in your previous messages have different content than the ones I tested. I'm not sure which plugin this could be because there were so many plugins active (i.e. addons or extensions to the overall system). Can you please tell me exactly which plugins I need to activate (only the necessary ones)? So I can then check further about the issue. |

Hello Waqas, Thanks for the time investigaging. I saw the video, but I see that you are logged in. And you are right, the initial mail for processing was completely in French. But when competing the order for the customer (when the admin user has its language set to Dutch in the account) the language in the completed mail gets mixed up in French and Dutch. We do not use any plugins that alter the content of the mails, we purely use translation. Also I see that you have set the admin user to "English" at the moment, could that be a fix why it now has sent the "completed" mail correctly in French? hidden link the mail of 2025-01-15 7:50:06 was with the admin user language set to NL Why is there a difference when switching the admin user language? |

Also when having the admin in English and making an order as a French customer, it now shows some texts in English, like the texts from "Subtotal:", "Shipping:" etc on the bottom of the mail. See the mail (Votre commande de MustangSafes est en cours d'acheminement) of 2025-01-15 8:29:26 So even without all the plugins, its not working completely. |

Now when I set my language of the admin to "Site default", these texts are all of the sudden in French. Why are these texts subjective to the admin language? That's weird right? Should they not ALWAYS be in the language of the customer? |

Thank you for the updates. I was able to observe the issue as you mentioned above and admin language has an impact on these emails. I tried to apply some fixes without any luck. I am preparing a fresh sandbox site and 'll try to reproduce the issue, as well as, 'll try to apply the workarounds. So I can then discuss with our team and/or escalate accordingly.
