Please go into WPML > Translation Management > Translators tab, and check if your user account is added as a translator and has all the proper language pairs to translate this page.
If the translator is set correctly, please create a full database and website backup then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page and click the following:
- Clear the Cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML table collation
- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations

But can it be part of the advanced translator? I already searched for "link_url" in custom fields translations, unlocked it and set it up for translation. However, it is not appearing in the contact page in the custom field list.
