I increased it to 256M, same as on the live site. There is little change in the time for execution of getting to the WP Menus Sync menu on the staging site, it takes about 8 minutes. Any other thoughts on this? Thanks, Dave |

If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded. To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions: 1. View the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link 2. Consult WPML's instructions on providing supporters with a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ 3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files. Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large. This is helpful, Kor. I'll mention what you're saying, but let's say the above is totally resolved. That takes the 8 minutes down to maybe 5 minutes to load? It would be more helpful to understand what the plugin requirements are from a hosting perspective so that I can check with them. I can also spin up a server on another hosting platform if that will help. I also need to know what the plugin is doing such that it is banging on the database so much because we're not having any problems with anything else. And are they still checking into this more? Hi Kor, The entire staging site was being very slow. I had to do a database repair and it became fast again. However, going to WP Menus Sync still took almost 6 minutes. I recorded a video for Nexcess and we'll see what they say. I also disabled the code profiler. Thanks, Dave |
