This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is considering switching from GTranslate to WPML for their sites, which need to be 100% automatically translated. They are concerned about whether WPML can handle fully automatic translations without manual intervention.
Solution:
We confirmed that WPML is compatible with many WordPress themes and works closely with theme authors to ensure compatibility. To check if the client's theme is compatible with WPML, we recommended visiting our compatible themes directory at https://wpml.org/theme/.
For fully automatic translations, WPML offers the 'Translate Everything' mode, which can translate all types of content automatically as soon as they are published. This includes posts, pages, custom post types, products, taxonomy, and custom fields. More details on Automatic Translation can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/.
Additionally, we provided links to demonstrations of how Automatic Translation works:

If this solution does not fully address your concerns, or if it becomes outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am using WPML for many of my sites, and I am considering moving two of my clients from GTranslate to WPML. The sites must be 100% automated translated.

Symptoms:
I know that WPML has the automatic translation option, but in my experience, it sometimes needs a bit of manual work.

Questions:
Could you please inform me if WPML would be suitable to use for a site like this? (www.hvidesande.by)
Can I guarantee the client that all content will be translated automatically?

Hi Andrey
I'm very familiar with WPML and it works great with my sites. However, I'm not sure if WPML can offer the same 100% fully automatic translation as GTranslate does.

Can you assist me on this?

I'm glad to hear that you are well-versed in WPML. Yes, certainly.

WPML provides the Translate Everything mode, which enables you to translate all your posts, pages, custom post types, products, taxonomy, custom fields, and more by simply publishing a post, page, or sending content to translation.

Here's a small demo of how Automatic Translation Works:
