This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's website was translated using pre-paid credits, and after switching to Pay As You Go mode, the client noticed a charge of $100, and a significant amount of credits were consumed. The client is unsure what the credits have been used for.
Solution:
We recommend checking the usage of credits for each website by generating a report that includes URLs of translated pages and the number of credits used. Here are the steps to follow:
Take note that we use security limits, that will ask for a payment if a significant use of credits does occur for the first time. 1. Navigate to WPML → Translation Management and click on the Automatic Translation tab.
2. Click on Payment & Settings and expand the Automatic translation usage reports section.
3. Select a month and click to generate a report.
4. Download and review the report to see the details of credit usage.
Additionally, if the translations are not visible on the website, it may be due to a setting in WPML that requires automatic translations to be reviewed before publishing. These reviews can be accessed at WPML > Translations.
If the provided solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. The web was already translated with my pre-paid credits then I wanted to switch to pay as you go mode with the payment info of my client and 1 hour later he told me that he had charges for 100$, and I see that 226,157 credits are consumed. For what has the credits been used?

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

You can check the usage of credits for each website, from the automatic translation tab and generate a report with URLs of translated pages and credits used.

- On your site, go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Automatic Translation tab.
- Click Payment & Settings and expand the setting to Automatic translation usage reports
- Choose a month and click to generate a report
- Download and check

I can see there is an open amount of 226278 credits that need to be paid before you can keep going on to use Pay As You Go.

If you do not yet see the translations published on the website, then it might be that you configured inside the WPML settings that automatic translations are published after a review.

The reviews in this case are available at WPML > Translations.

Best regards
Andreas
