Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. As we have tried a basic troubleshooting steps in chat, To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Thank you

Thanks for providing the login details. I have logged in to your site and noticed the categories slug was missing from the translated products URLs that’s why you were facing this issue on your site. So, I went to WooCommerce >> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Store URLs and updated the “Product base” URL translation as follows:

product/%product_cat%

And now it seems to be working correctly. Could you please check and confirm?

Thank you for your cooperation and amazing patience

Thanks for the support, I think everything related to this problem is working well now but I noticed after your edit the date is appearing instead of the page title on the tab of the shop page only. I tried checking on permalinks but seems no use.. Screenshots attached.

Hello,
My name is Carlos and I will continue working on this ticket

I have double-checked the WPML configuration and it's correct. When editing the Shop page in the original language you can see in the 'SEO by 10Web' section that the description of the Shop page is a date. I recommend you contact the 'SEO by 10Web' support service and ask them about this behavior because it's happening in the default language where WPML makes no change to the content.

Regards,
Carlos
