I hope you're doing well.

Please be informed that the solution for the issue you reported has not been released yet. Therefore, your ticket remains open on our list. Our team is working on it and we hope to include the patch in the future version of ACFML.

I also would like to inform you that a ticket will be shifted from the “Open Ticket” section after a few days of inactivity. That’s why, you might not see the ticket. However, please don't worry if the ticket is not on your Open Ticket list. I will certainly inform you when I have any updates on this matter.
