Hi,

We are having issues that after changing product info in the main language NL are not changed in the EN language.

Plugins are up to date. We see this error in the advanced translation editor log:

Api authentication error access key not active: The access key is not active. Please confirm it using the link from the email

I don't know if it has to do with the issue. Please assist.

More detail. It's price information not being synced to the secondary language.

Hi there,

As a first step I would update WPML and its addons.

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Update WPML and its addons there.

For more information:
https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#automated-updates

After that, please make sure that you Unregister WPML from WP Dashboards > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (tab)

And then register it again:

- Make sure that you are logged in wpml.org.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Register WPML" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below.
- Click the "OK" button.

Finally, do as follows:

- Go to your Dashboard > Products.
- Open your original Product. You should see a pencil in front of every translation.
- Open your translation with our Translation editor.
- Edit it and finish it as it is (mark it as 100% Translated).
- Save it.
- Go back to the original page and make a small change, for example, add an extra blank space at the end of a sentence/paragraph.
- Save it.
- You should now see that a circular arrow appears beside the 2nd languages links, this means that an update is required.
- Edit the translation again and save it up to 100% translated.

Kindly get back to us with the result.

Thanks.
