This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is unable to find the word 'TAG' for translation in the WPML string translation and is experiencing issues with maintaining language-specific versions of the footer using Elementor. The footer links are in English on the Arabic version of the site, and updating the footer in Arabic also affects the English version. Solution: We recommend scanning the WooCommerce plugin to ensure all translatable strings are available. This can be done by following the steps outlined in our documentation on Finding Strings that Don't Appear on the String Translation Page. After scanning, try searching for the strings again using the String Translation tool. Additionally, to address the issue with the footer, please verify where the footer information was inserted. If it was created using a page builder like Elementor or directly into the theme options, this might affect how translations are managed.
If these steps do not resolve your issues or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should the problem persist, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance at WPML Support Forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the word TAG here: hidden link. I tried string translation exact match and didn't find it. I want to change the Arabic word. Also, the footer links are in English when the website is Arabic, and if I try to update in Arabic, the English version is damaged and transformed to Arabic too. Here is the link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
Symptoms:
The word TAG is not found in string translation. Footer links are in English when the website is in Arabic, and updating the footer in Arabic affects the English version.
Questions:
How and where can I find the word TAG for translation?
How can I keep the English footer for the English version and the Arabic footer for the Arabic version?
not sure why this part of the footer is not translated and showing in Arabic: hidden link for example hidden link Frequently Asked Questions is translated already but not showing In Arabic, in admin area not found as well: hidden link and also Terms and Conditions is translated in string translation but not showing in Arabic on website frontend.
