Background of the issue:
I am trying to enable editors and translators to manage translations in WPML on my site hidden link. I am experiencing an issue with user role permissions in WordPress when using WPML. Specifically, users with the Editor role cannot edit pages, posts, or any translated content. I created a user with the 'Translator role' directly from the WPML settings, but this user also cannot edit translations. I have researched the issue and found a suggestion in your documentation or related forums that claims it is possible to resolve this by adding code to the active theme’s functions.php file. I implemented the suggested code, but unfortunately, it did not work. The issue persists, and both the Editor and Translator roles still cannot access translation management features. Steps taken to attempt resolution include implementing the suggested code, verifying that caching was disabled, testing with debugging mode enabled, and creating a user with the Translator role via WPML.

Symptoms:
Users with the Editor and Translator roles cannot edit translations or access translation management features.

Questions:
Could you provide an updated code example or specific instructions to enable this functionality?
