The client stated he's the AST Translation Service. He sent an API Key to a client, and is getting the error:
Error: 'The authentication didn't work. Please make sure you entered your details correctly and try again.'

Thank you for contacting the support.

Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, I'll recommend trying the following:

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand.

- Deactivate all other plugins except WPML.
- Switch to a standard WordPress theme like 2024.
- Then clear caches.
- Enable debugging in your site. See https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ for details. So we get any underlying error details.

By the above mentioned, we'll be able to understand if there's no conflict kicking in from another plugin or theme, which is preventing the proper authentication.

Please let us know your findings and we'll try our best to help you further on the matter.
