Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that when something is changed on the Dutch page of my site, this text is also added to the English page and translated automatically. I am using WPML with Elementor for my site.

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

Questions:
How can I automatically update and translate content from the Dutch page to the English page using WPML?

Hi there,

Before assigning your ticket to one of my colleagues, I’d like to guide you through some initial troubleshooting steps to help streamline the support process.

If you have WPML's automatic translation active in WPML -> Settings, all changes should be sent directly for translation. However, it appears you might have the "Translate Some" setting enabled, meaning translations are only sent when you manually select the pages. Could you confirm if this is the case?

Thank you!

Best regards,
Marcel

Hi Marcel,

Thank you, that solved most of our problems, but unfortunately not everything yet, at the moment it is only when we adjust things via Elementor that they are not automatically translated to the English version, the standard wordpress editor does automatically update things to another language. Can you perhaps also provide a solution for this?

When you say this:

we adjust things via Elementor that they are not automatically translated to the English version

If you open any of these pages in the translation editor, do you see these texts in the editor? Maybe these Elementor widgets are not compatible and require XML.

Also, do you see this option enabled for Pages?
