Hi There!
Thanks for reaching out to WPML Support.
To better assist you with the issue, could you please share a screenshot of the ATE error log page?
Here’s how you can do it:
1. Navigate to "WPML > Support → Advanced Translation Editor → Error log".
2. Take a full-screen screenshot of the page, making sure that the recent errors and all columns are clearly visible.
3. Share the screenshot with us in your next response.
This will help us investigate and resolve the issue more effectively. Thank you!
Please give me access to your site and explain where I can see this error message.
If you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply. Privacy and Security Policy

My head is spinning with the info. I am going to need to get help from our hosting service to create a staging site.
Fyi - the error message only shows when I add pages to auto translate - but not all the time.
I was adding pages to the auto translate queue and could see the credits spent increase in my account. However, the credits didn't decrease when the error occurred and 'roll back happened'.
On second upload to auto translate all was ok. But it meant I was paying twice.
We have a large webite and I need to translate it into 3 additional languages.
So not being able to use auto translate is a big problem for me.
I will come back to you tomorrow re staging site details.
Our second-tier supporter thoroughly checked this issue and found that you were not double-charged for your translations. The Advanced Translation Editor has a memory feature, so if any of them were rolled back and sent to translation again, the memory was applied, and no extra charge was applied.
Please let me know if you have any further questions. Otherwise, please mark this ticket as resolved.
