Problem:
You are trying to update the homepage translation into Italian, but the updated and translated part is not displaying properly. Translated items are scattered, and pictures are missing.
Solution:
We accessed your site using the previously provided details and made a minor edit to the homepage in English, then updated it. Subsequently, we updated the Italian translation. This approach should resolve the display issues on the Italian version of the homepage. Please check the Italian homepage to confirm if everything appears as expected.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Background of the issue:
I am trying to update the homepage translation into Italian.

Symptoms:
The updated and translated part is not displayed properly. Translated items are all over the place and pictures are missing.

Why is the updated translation not displaying properly?
How can I fix the layout and missing pictures in the Italian translation?

Can you tell me if the translation of the home page is 100% completed in the translation editor? Also, are all the templates assigned to original page (such as footers, headers, etc) translated as well?

Yes everything is translated 100%. I just performed a minor update on my homepage and thus translated a few strings (the ones having an issue now). Same problem occurs in another page

I only see the private reply field after ticking "full backup of my database". There is no other fields to be filled in

To speed up the process, I used the previously provided access details. I edited the homepage in English, made a minor edit, and updated it.
