Currently, WPML doesn't have a redirection automatically according to location/IP feature. The only automatic redirecting option is redirection according to the browser language.
Please check the following guides to help you set up the plugin.
It's a multilingual plugin, which means you can have any predefined or custom language you want on your site, but WPML won't automatically redirect your visitors according to their IP.
We have Installed WMPL plugin latest version. But we are facing issues. As per your language setup guide blog https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/ we did not get any option. I have attached screenshot. Please check and let us know what is the issues.
The screenshot is from the installation process, please click on Finish. After that, from the left admin sidebar, please hover on WPML, and click on Languages.
If you couldn't see WPML in the sidebar, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
I checked your site, and the installation seems to be stuck, so please reset WPML and try to re-configure it. In order to reset it, please go to WPML-> Setup-> Troubleshooting-> Reset section.
Before resetting it, please take a backup of your database.
Kindly let me know if the setup worked correctly after the reset.
