This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to reassign credits from live websites back to available credits in their WPML account.
Solution:
We advised the client to unregister WPML using the old keys and then re-register it with new keys. Here are the steps we recommended:
1. Visit https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and remove the current site key.
2. Generate a new key for each site.
3. Go to the website's backend, navigate to Plugins > Add New > Commercial, and unregister WPML from the old key.
4. Re-register WPML using the new key.
5. Follow the steps outlined in https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/ to add credits to each site.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

I cannot delete:
grandhotelnormandy.com
or
beach-palace.com
from the WMPL profile.
These are live websites, and the client`s visitors would have trouble visiting the website.

Yesterday I had the same problem, and one of your colleagues reassigned my credit.

Currently I would like please that:
1. My 10 000 credit that appears in WordPress and not in WPML account for grandhotelnormandy.com to be transferred from WordPress into available credit

2.For hidden link in WordPress it shows 732 credits, and in WPML account it shows 9000 credits. As it look I have assigned 9000 but only 732 are available in WordPress. I would like please for the 9000 to be passed as available credit.

3. For hidden link WordPress shows 2000 assigned credits, WMPL account shows 0. I would like please these 2000 credits to be reassigned as available credits.

4.For hidden link WordPress shows 2000 assigned credits, WMPL account shows 0. I would like please these 2000 credits to be reassigned as available credits.

Thank you!

Hi there.

I moved all the credits back to your WPML.org account and you should be able to see the total here:
https://wpml.org/account/

You had 22800 credits in total when I took over this ticket and now you should see a total of 45800 credits.

Moving forward, I recommend that you generate new keys for each of the sites that you will be working on (where you will need to add translation credits) and UNregister WPML from the old keys and RE-register WPML with the new keys.

Do this for each of the sites:

Please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key.

Now, you should be able to add the credits to each of your sites by following the steps here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

Hello Mihai,

Thank you for the reply!
The problem was solved, after Unregistering WPML and registering it with a new key.
