Hello There, As this is a public forum. Please don't put any sensitive information related to the site in public response. If we need any information, we will surely enable the private fields for you so that you can securely share them. I hope you can understand. As you've shared the access, I checked your site and understood the issue. While inspecting, I found that Mapping is not set for the default language which is causing issues with translating contents and also the Translation management page. As you've enabled the automatic translation, you must need to set language mapping for each language, from "WPML > Languages > Edit Languages". However, When I try to add a mapping for the languages, I found that the languages aren't appearing in the Language Mapping list. Also, a fatal error appeared only in the "Languages" section of WPML when I try to save the language configurations. In order to understand the root cause of the issues, would you kindly enable the debug log on your site and share the error log in next response? To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to: define('WP_DEBUG', true); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); After enabling the debug log, please go to WPML > Languages > Edit Language and try to save the language configurations. Check the other sections as well to save the errors in the log file. You will find the debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/directory. If you can paste your debug.log to pastebin.com and provide me with that link it would be great! (This is the cleanest way because sometimes the logs are long and create a complete mess in discussion). Documentation: Looking forward to your response. Best Regards, |

Hello There, Right after sending the previous message, I was checking the issues and upon resaving the permalink structure, all the issues seem to be resolved now. The Translation management section is showing all the posts correctly and also can save the permalink structure. Apart from that, I also can translate the pages without any issues. Please check now and let me know if you still need any further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help you. Best Regards, |
