I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Thanks for your patience. Our 2nd tier support team found that you have custom CSS in the customizer that hides the element with the class variation. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
It affects only the Russian language because all languages have the class variation-AppointmentInfo, and Russian has just variation-.
The appointment Info string is translated (in String Translation) to "Detali informacija" in Lithuanian and "Информация о записи" in Russian.
WC correctly converts the string to CSS class for both the strings but fails for "Информация о записи" and prints an empty string, resulting in this issue.
Solution:
Either change the translation "Информация о записи" to a non-Cyrillic string or remove the CSS from the customizer.
