I am trying to:
Save ACF pro flexible content fields that have been cloned from a "master" set of fields.

Hello there!

I can see in the video that you are using the expert mode which is sometimes not the best option.

May i ask if you tried the other 2 options that we added in version Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual 2.0

I'm asking this because if you had Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual before this version you may not even be aware of these 2 new options.
--------------------------

From what i could understand, the same clone fields works ok in other field groups (i didn't quite get if you meant the CLONE field or the actual field were the ones that worked fine in other places) but not on this one which seems to belong to an options page, right?

In that case, the important part might be the actual place where it's being added. you can switch this field group from "expert" to "Different Fields across languages" and then try to make a change to a specific field.

------------

What I'm afraid of, is that the clone fields are quite particular in the database and while it does bring the info of other fields, when you set it up, you're actually setting the preference to the actual CLONE field which might also then be inherited by the other fields.

However try what i mentioned above and let's see if that works before jumping to conclusions 🙂 .
