Hi, After restoring the new backup file on your site, I can see the issue and portfolio slug also, screenshot hidden link The issue does not happen on the archive page hidden link which is the standard archive page of the theme. So I think it's not an issue between Avada and WPML. I suggest you can go to admin area > The Grid > Global settings > Disable caching grid to avoid this issue. Also, please don't edit the grid item and change the grid language. I hope that gives you some insights. You can also contact The Grid author and ask about this issue if they'd aware of this. Hi, I got some information from our 2nd tier support. They are not able to replicate the issue from your backup file with clear steps. It's really difficult to fix an issue if it happens randomly and cannot replicate. If it is resolved after re-saving permalink settings, you can try to set a cron job to regenerate the rewrite rules every 24 hours (or maybe every few hours). For example: if ( ! wp_next_scheduled( 'my_daily_rewrite_rules_flush' ) ) { wp_schedule_event( time(), 'daily', 'my_daily_rewrite_rules_flush' ); } add_action( 'my_daily_rewrite_rules_flush', 'my_flush_rewrite_rules' ); function my_flush_rewrite_rules() { flush_rewrite_rules(); } Refer to the documentation https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/flush_rewrite_rules/ I hope that helps. |
