This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with translating pages built with Zion Builder using WPML. The translated pages appear blank except for the main navigation and footer, while the original English version displays correctly.
Solution:
Since Zion Builder is not fully compatible with WPML, we recommend a manual approach for translating content. Here are the steps to manually translate your pages:
1. Go to your default language page and edit it.
2. In the sidebar, find the language section and set it to use the WordPress editor.
3. Switch to the second language edit page from the top bar.
4. In the right sidebar, click "overwrite with default language".
5. Translate independently and adjust your second language page as desired.
If you have not started the translation, you can follow these steps from the beginning as per our guide. For more detailed instructions, please visit our documentation.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it becomes outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I’m reviewing automatic translations to publish a multilingual page on my site hidden link. The original English page is built with Zion Builder and includes a header, body text, and WPGridBuilder shortcodes pulling from ACF and CPT UI content. I’ve installed the WPML Multilingual plugins for WPGridBuilder and ACF and have auto translated the ACF field groups.

Symptoms:
The language switcher works, but when I select 'Review' for translations in the Pages menu, the content area is blank, showing only the main navigation and footer. The English version displays correctly, but translated pages do not.

Questions:
Can you give me step-by-step instructions for translating Zion Builder pages with WPML, including how to handle content stored in custom fields and dynamic content from ACF/WPGridbuilder?

Hi,

thanks for contacting us.

Please understand that Zion Builder is not fully compatible with WPML, and we didn't test it, so we're unable to provide a step-by-step guide. You can find some suggestion here.

If the suggestion there do not help, please provide us with some video/screenshots to better understand the issue and your debug information, but please keep in mind we might not being able to help.

Thank you for your response. I am a little unclear on where to find those translations page from the suggestions your provided.

I've included the debug information.

I took a video, but I cannot upload here (only image allowed). I've included the original screenshot of the blank page.

Thank you!

Hello,

thanks for getting back.

As my colleague mentioned you need to use manual approach for Zion builder, this method is explained on next docs:

What you can do if you already created translated page is next:

- go to your default language page and edit it
- from side bar find language section and set to use WordPress editor
- from top bar switch to 2nd language edit page
- now in the right side bar click "overwrite with "default" language"
- Click to translate indecently and adjust your 2nd language page how you wish

If you have not started translation you can follow step by step from our guide.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Drazen

Thank you for the additional information.

One issue I’m still encountering is that when I create a translated page, none of the content from the default language page carries over. It’s completely blank.

Is there a specific setting I should enable to ensure the content built with Zion Builder is copied over to the translated page?

Also, I am using WPGridbuilder shortcodes for part of the body page.

Hello,

as we have said above, this page builder is not compatible with WPML or WPML editor, so it will not work correctly. That is why you do not see anything in translation editor or in 2nd language.

You need to use and follow manual method I described above and copy and edit the 2nd language page manually and add content like that, same way you did this in default language.

Hope this makes sense, let me know if any doubts

Regards,
Drazen
