This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to keep their original main navigation Menu (in English) on all translated languages.
Solution:
We recommend following the steps outlined in an existing support ticket that addresses the same issue. Here are the steps to achieve this:
1. Go to the WPML > WP Menus Sync page.
2. Select the option to copy menu items for the languages you need.
3. Synchronize the menus.
If these steps do not seem relevant to your situation, please open a new support ticket with us.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Did a search and the link said that it was achieved due to being older than 2 year?
