This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is using WPML for a subdomain and has chosen 45,000 credits for automatic translation. After updating content, not all credits were used. The client then created a main domain, uploaded a backup, and generated a new site key, and is inquiring if the remaining credits will still be available. Additionally, the client wants to translate a website with more than 45,000 words into English, French, and Spanish and is concerned about the number of credits required.
Solution:
We recommend reviewing our documentation on how to assign or remove credits to/from a website: Assigning Automatic Translation Credits.
To estimate the required number of credits for your website, you can follow the instructions here: Getting Your Website's Word Count.
For information on the cost of automatic translation and to use the price simulator, please visit: Automatic Translation Pricing.
If the provided solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at WPML Known Issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
