Tell us what you are trying to do?

I use pay as you go but few posts and pages were not translated? There is some kind of error and my client is mad so please solve the issue a.s.a.p. I see now that Stijena post is translated but still error exist and I cant enter and translate the post? Also, Stijena post had arrows and not a pencil as a sign that the post is translated and finished.

Hi there,

I can't tell right away what might cause this issue, however, try the following steps.

1. edit the post Stijena in the default language
2. make a small change and update
3. access the translation

are you able to see it and finish it ?

Let me know your results, please.

Hi, it is still the same error.

What else can it be?

My client is mad and she worries how is going to be with other posts in different languages? Will that be always the issue with some posts?

This is not typical but sometimes a job can become stuck.

Try #2 from the following if you already did #1, please.

#1 If you use Translate Everything mode, you can simply edit your stuck pages by making a minor change, such as adding a space or a word. This will reset the pages’ translation status and assign them a new Job ID for automatic translation.

#2 If you use Translate Some mode, go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Jobs tab. Cancel the stuck jobs. Then, edit the page or post that was stuck and make a small change to the title. Save the change and submit the page or post for translation again by going back to WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard > Add the page to the translation basket and send it to the translation

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

I am currently not able to reproduce this issue.

When I review the post Stijena I can see it's 100% finished and I am also able to re-save it with no error.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

at this moment I do not have an issue with that post any more.

Can you please explain what went wrong and why did I have an issue with Stijena post and a while I do not have the issue?

Is there a problem with system requirements?

What can be the issue?

Also, I have an issue with a post named "Kontrolira li strah vaše financije?" I have a wheel on it but the post is translated?

unfortunately, I cant say for certain what caused this behavior, there is a possibility the update resolved it and that it was simple as an update needed to re fresh the database.

For the Kontrolira li strah vaše financije I did the following:

1. Make a small change in the default language and update
2. access the translation and save again

it seems to work ok now

By an update I mean adding like a period "." at the end of a sentence updating the page you are working on and then the translation.
