We are unable to access the site with the provided login details. Please create a backup then try the workaround provided here: https://wpml.org/errata/wcml-custom-order-received-endpoint-redirects-to-default-language/

If this doesn't help, kindly provide the access details again and we will be happy to help.

Hi,

Our developers couldn't find any issues with WPML or the WooCommece Multilingual plugins. Since the issue can't be replicated on any other servers, this is most probably related to your caching plugin or the server.

We suggest testing in a minimal environment by following these steps:

- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML (Keep only WooCommerce)
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

❌ Please backup your database and website before performing the above test ❌

Also kindly share the following URLs with the hosting provider so they can make sure that it's not an issue with the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin:

I already doing as you ask; deactivate all plugin and mistake stay and should in WPML- As you see EN and French languages if you are sure please do this yourself.

Upon visiting the product, we get the following jQuery Cookie error:

moske-bombazne-spodnje-hlace-boxer-uomo-classic/:1096 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.cookie is not a function
at moske-bombazne-spodnje-hlace-boxer-uomo-classic/:1096:30

This indicates that the issue might be from the theme, but we see that refreshing the page fixes it. Could you please check if the theme has a caching feature and disable it?

Please also go to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation, and set the Products post type to "Translatable - only show translated items" then check if the issue persists.

We can't check this from our side because the credentials are not working.

Hi Robert,

We are still investigating this issue to find any clues and this might require more time. I tested the suggestions from our developers but the issue persists. I will update you once I have more info.

May I kindly ask you again to contact your hosting provider so they can debug the issue further from their side too?
