Background of the issue:
I am trying to enable the CMS plugin on my website hidden link. I have previously chatted with a customer support agent who recommended a fix from this link: https://wpml.org/errata/php-fatal-error-uncaught-invalidargumentexception-argument-language_code-must-be-a-non-empty-string/. However, applying this fix results in a critical error.

Symptoms:
I encounter an error when trying to enable the CMS plugin, and applying the recommended fix leads to a critical error.

Questions:
Can you help me resolve the critical error that occurs when applying the recommended fix?
