Footer on default (Russian) language shows in footer english

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

Dashboard/Appearance/Menus - in some strange way, all the menu settings got lost, and I had to set everything up again.
Also, all the menus were duplicated in the English version only ( see attached image "Dashboard/Appearance/Menus") - After I deleted and updated the settings, I no longer observed duplicates.

Solution:

The SG Optimizer plugin caused the issue, so deactivating it fixed the issue.

oriR-2	I am trying to: delete and add a new footer, same issue. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link (all pages) I expected to see: footer in the Russian language as a default Instead, I got: an English footer. oriR-2	Hi Osama Thank you for replying to me back. I did all on the link you send. I immediately went to the navigation menu error was fixed. After 10 minutes I looked again and the issue returned. Would you please try the following steps? 1- Create a new footer menu and translate it 2- Check if the issue will happen to the new menu 3- If the issue happened, please deactivate all of your plugins except WPML CMS and String Translation 4- Activate the WordPress default theme Twenty Twenty-One 5- Run the troubleshooting functions 6- Check the issue If the issue didn't happen when only WPML plugins were active, please activate your plugins one by one to check which caused the issue. ❌ Please backup your database before performing the above test ❌ Best regards, Osama

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I can access it. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site.
