Hi, Thank you for contacting WPML Support. - If WPML is registered correctly, you should be able to update the plugin by following these steps: 1. Please take a backup of your site first for safety reasons. 2. Go to the Plugins >> Add New Plugin page, click the Commercial tab, and then click the “Check for updates” button. Here is the screenshot for more details: 3. Update all outdated WPML plugins to the latest version. If the update doesn’t appear or fails, WPML might not be registered properly. In this case, please re-register WPML: 1. Login to your WPML.org account >> Go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/ - The OTGS Installer plugin is only required to install WPML plugins. Once the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin is activated, the installer is no longer needed, as its functionality is already included within WPML. Please let me know the results,    |
