Background of the issue:
I purchased the €99 WPML account with 92,000 translation credits for a website we were developing (www.corob.e-mind.com). I registered WPML on that domain and marked it as a development site. When we moved the site to the client’s live domain (www.corob.com), I used the gear icon in the WPML dashboard to change the site status from 'development' to 'production'.
But, the credits remained tied to the development site.
Symptoms:
The development site no longer has a key, but it still has the credits. The production site is correctly registered, but it has no credits.
Questions:
How can I transfer the translation credits from the development site to the production site now?
Could you please transfer the 92,000 credits to the production domain (www.corob.com) on my behalf, since I can no longer access the development site due to the missing site key?
I can't reassign the previous key to the development site because it's now linked to the production domain.

I confirm you had 92000 on hidden link. I was unable to move them to hidden link because I think you have not completed the transfer process from the development to production. If you believe you have done everything correctly, then please try to reregister hidden link in the following process.

In any case, regarding the 92,000 credits associated with hidden link, I have moved them to your wpml.org account. You had 21,000 credits on your account, and you should now see 113,000 credits. You can not assign those credits to any of your registered sites.
