Hi there,

First, I see your site only has 40 MB of WP memory limit which is less than the WPML requirement and could cause issues.

Please add this near the end in your wp-config.php file (just before /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
) as explained in the next link

Then, see if it makes any difference.
{code}
/** WP Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
{/code}
https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/#how-to-increase-your-sites-memory-limit

The wp-config.php file is located in your WordPress root directory. It’s the same file where the database configuration settings are. You will have to access it by FTP or SFTP in order to edit it.

Secondly, can you please also check if you have followed the translation procedure explained in the next link if you haven't already done so and see if it fixes the issue?

https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/create-multilingual-websites-using-flatsome-and-wpml/

Subash

Hi there,

Sorry for the delayed response due to the weekends and high support queue.

Sure, please backup the site completely first to prevent any issues then share the site access credentials so that I can take a closer look at your site and guide you accordingly on the next steps to fix the issue.

I have enabled the private reply for you to share the credentials safely.

Hi there,

I went to Appearance -> Widgets and I added identical widgets for the footer one for the English and One for the Thai page as explained in the next link:

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/#using-different-widgets-for-different-languages

The Footer widget seems to work now, can you please check it from your end and confirm?

Subash

Thank you for your help. There is another widget part that does not change is recent post on Story menu. Please help because I don't know anything about coding.

another question,
If I translate myself, Do I need to approve translation? I cannot use approve or cancel on translation queue, as in the picture.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi there,

Thank you for confirming that the footer widgets are fixed now.

I also created a new widget for the Recent Post widget and assigned it to thai language as explained in the next document to fix the Recent Post widget.

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-widgets/#using-different-widgets-for-different-languages

Regarding the new issue of Translation review please note that we try to keep one issue per ticket so as to better keep track of issues and stay on the same page so please see if following details helps with the issue if not, please feel free to open a new ticket for this new issue.

- No, you don't need to approve translation for translations made by yourself.
- I see from the screenshot that you are trying to Approve translation of "Home" page that is already completed. You don't need to approve translation of already completed translations.
- If you want to cancel any pending translation jobs you can do to from WPML -> Translation Management -> Jobs.

Subash
