Hi,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site.

- To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire content of the text box and copy it.
- Now go back to our support forum, find debug information box and paste it.

Is the login page of buddyboss theme, is not wordpress default i suppose.

Hi there,

I can see Acceder and Recuérdame is currently translated.

What are your results if you search for the strings such as "Please login to access this website.
" or "create an account" are you able to locate them in the String Translation? (no need to select a domain for now)

If nothing populates scroll down in String Translation and click on "translate texts in admin screen" and search there.

Let me know your results, please.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

You already have the access my friend. Someone named Osama or somethin like that I give access (user) and SFTP access could you please check in my tickets. Please.
You can do everything in the website download, upload and etc. the point is to fix the problem =)

If you go to WPML->String Translation->Search for sign-in I was able to find the following:

- buddyboss-theme Sign in -> translated to iniciar sesión

- buddyboss-theme Create an account -> Crea una cuenta

- buddyboss Please login to access this website.

-buddyboss-theme Forgot Password?

I was able to locate and translate all strings in String Translation as expected.

Thank you for the loom video.

Are you translating it using Automatic Translation?

At the moment I can see it's marked as completed but typically you can go to WPML->Translations and see all available jobs to take for translation or edit.

For this I recommend going directly to WPML->String Translation->search for the string-> edit there.

P.S I fixed the string to use a capital letter 🙂
