How to translate a text in a widget

c.m.j.D	hidden link At the top there is a text "Gratis verzending vanaf 65 euro" How to show for each language a different Text? in English this must be "Free shipping from 65 euros" in German this must be "Kostenloser Versand ab 100 Euro" I cannot find where and how

c.m.j.D	I solved this to make a widget for each language. See no option with WPML.
