Hi,
When i run a Google SEO audit, i get 72 errors with URL's that have the message "hreflang to 3XXX, 4XXX or 5XXX".

I have one example of a post that is translated:

English - default site language: hidden link

German: hidden link

French: hidden link

Spanish: hidden link

When looking at the source of the DE and FR pages i see the code.

However... why do I get all these errors? Is there a setting in WPML that causes this?

Hope you can help me with this.
Rob

As an addition to this... in another section of the audit report, the same list of URL's have this message: "Confirmation of (return)links missing on hreflang pages"

Hi Rob,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

I'm using the Inspect tool of the browser to check the hreflang link manually and see the same results. I also use two online tools (hidden link and hidden link) to check the redirection or broken link of this URL
hidden link
but do not see any issue with hreflang links.

To be honest, I'm not sure why those links are available in the list of redirection or broken links of Google audit. You can contact Google support and ask them why we see the hreflang links are working well on your site but they see that are redirection or broken.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
