Hi,

Once your hosting company sets DNS properly, you can confirm that domains are ready for WPML like this:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-url-options/how-to-use-wpml-with-different-domains-per-language/#testing-if-the-domains-are-set-properly

We do not assist in these matters because every hosting is different and we cannot tamper with such settings in client hosting accounts, we only help with WPML issues, also the information above is not outdated because things do not really change there.

This is something that every hosting support should be able to set.
